Hiring Process

    1. Recruitment is conducted both regularly and on a rolling basis.
    2. Please refer to official announcements for scheduled recruitment.
    3. For rolling applications, the HR team will contact candidates individually when relevant openings arise.
    4. All employment contracts and relationships comply with applicable labor laws.
    5. Applicants eligible for employment protection (e.g., veterans, persons with disabilities) will be given preference according to relevant regulations.

    7. Final candidates may be asked to undergo a criminal background check for sexual offenses.
    8. For full-time positions:
      New hires will undergo a 6-month probationary period
      Experienced hires will undergo a 3-month probationary period

      • A 1 to 3-month probationary period applies depending on contract duration.
